Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Anandgarh Picnic Farm, we strive to provide every guest with a seamless and enjoyable experience. We understand that sometimes plans may change, and we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below to ensure transparency and fairness for all our visitors.

1. Cancellation by Guests

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the booked date will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days prior to the booked date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked date will not be eligible for any refund.

2. No-Show Policy

  • In case of a no-show without prior notice, the booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

  • Guests may request a reschedule up to 3 days before the booked date, subject to availability.

  • Only one reschedule per booking is permitted.

4. Cancellation by Anandgarh Picnic Farm

  • In the rare case that we have to cancel an event or booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, maintenance, or safety concerns), guests will be offered either:

    • A full refund, or

    • An option to reschedule the visit to a future date.

5. Group & Corporate Bookings

  • For group bookings (schools, corporate, or private events), separate terms may apply as per the agreement at the time of booking.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
